what is the liquid measurement of 2% of 2 ounces?

I am trying to measure a medication for my pet. In the conversion from a human to a pet - for a human the dose is 2 ounces and I've researched for a pet it would be 2% of this 2 ounces..... whether I measure it in drops, ml, etc, just need to know how much to give. Thanks!
