Since the basic form of the function is y = x^2, you will be graphing a parabola. since the x^2 term is positive, it will open upward. beyond that, you can start plotting points

x = 0, y = (7/4) * 0 = 0 -----------> (0,0)
x = 1, y = (7/4) * 1^2 = 7/4 -------> (1,7/4)
x = 2, y = (7/4) * 2^2 = 7 ----------> (2,7)
x = -1, y = (7/4) * (-1)^2 = 7/4 ---> (-1,7/4)
x = -2, y = (7/4) * (-2)^2 = 7 ------> (-2,7)

Then connect the dots really. you can evaluate more points if you would like. this many should be enough to give you the general shape
