You need only two points to draw a linear graph. The most suitable are probably the intercepts. They're eay to find from the equation of the graph.

Put x=0 to find the y-intercept. 2y=4, so y=2. Mark 2 on the y-axis.

Put y=0 to find the x-intercept. 3x=4, so x=4/3 (or 1⅓). Mark 1⅓ on the x-axis.

Draw a line passing through both intercepts and you have the graph. You may have to think about how to fit it on to your graph paper and it's best to do a rough sketch on paper first so that you can see the shape of the graph, and where it's positioned, and then you can judge where to place the origin (where the x and y axes intersect) so that the intercepts can be clearly seen on the graph paper, and there's enough room to get an idea of the line.
