How many different combinations of what?

How many different ways to write the numbers 1-59? Like 1, 2, 3, . . ., 58, 59 and 1, 2, 3, . . ., 59, 58, and so on?

If order doesn't matter (1, 2, 3, 4 is the same as 4, 3, 2, 1) then there's only one way.

If order does matter (1, 2, 3, 4 is different than 4, 3, 2, 1) then there's 59 * 58 * 57 * . . .* 3 * 2 * 1 = 59! ways.

"If your question is 5 number combinations in 1-59, Then (59 C 5) = 59! / (5!*54!) = (59*58*57*56*55)/(5*4*3*2*1) 5,006,386 = 5 million-ish"
