need a formula to convert documents per hour into minutes per document

I need to convert a number of documents completed per hour into the number of minutes to complete 1 document.  If the standard is to complete 187.5 documents in one hour, how many minutes will it take to do 1 document; then apply this same formula to a variety of documents/hour figures ranging from 187.5/hour to 3/hour

or tern it upside down...time tu du 1=1/3.125=0.32 minuts tu du 1
