Given: 36_3_12_6_1=36

Notice that the 1st term of left side is 36, and equal to the right side.   So the value the rest of numbers(3,12,6,and 1) in the left side might make up must be 0 in total, or result in 1 with "x" or "÷" sign.

Notice also that signs given do not include those for paretheseses or exponents other than divisions, multiplications, additions and subtractions.   So, as PEDMAS* says, D and M are taken care of before A and S.   Thus we will get 2 solutions.**

+3-12÷6-1=0, or -3+12÷6+1=0

Therefore, the answers are: 36+3-12÷ 6-1=36, or 36-3+12÷6+1=36

* PEDMAS: The order of operations

** I cant find any "x1", or "÷1" form of solution without parentheseses.
