i know the formula is y= mx+b but i want the steps to be able to graph the inequality

To graph the inequality, you will just need two random points on the line.

Just substitute in any two values of x, and find the correpsonding two values of y.

Plot the two points created by these two sets of values on the graph.

Then draw a line through these two points, and you are done.
