y=-3/5x+9 parallel to 3x+5y=8

                                   5y = - 3x + 8

                                 y = - 3/5x + 8/5

y=-3/5x+9 ⇒ m(1) = - 3/5

 y = - 3/5x + 8/5 ⇒ m(2) = - 3/5

m( 1) = m(2) ⇒ they are parallel lines
