Conformity is the tendency to "go along with the crowd", to conform to the general consensus of opinion.

Extroversion is an expression of interest outside of oneself. An example would be enjoying going to parties, talking to other people.

Maturity is approaching problems from a mature, rather than childish, point of view; seeing the other person's point of view; accepting personal criticism; reasoning through problems calmly.

Self-confidence is relying on one's own ability to tackle problems, make statements, etc.

None of these definitions relates to the statistical nature of the table.
