V=b*h*|, where b=base (width), h=height, l=length, in cm, and V is the volume in cc or cm^3. Putting in the figures we have 60=4*h*5=20h, so h=3 cm. the surface area is the sum of the areas of the six rectangles, three pairs: top and bottom, two sides and two ends. To get the surface area of each we have h*l, h*b and b*l. The surface is 2(hl+hb+bl)=2(3*5+3*4+4*5)=2(15+12+20)=94 sq cm.
