Component form of: v=3/2u
v(2u)=3
Let u=(9,2)
v=(-5,-2)
u=(9,2)
2u=(2*9,2*2)
2u=(18,4)

v(2u)/3=(18,4)(-5,-2)/3
v(2u)/3=(-90,-8)/3
v(2u)/3=(-30,-8/3)
