How to find first and second derivatives of f(x)=3+x^2/3

Also, I need to find points of inflection and the intervals where graph is concave up and down. I need to check if my answer is right. Please help!!

The function is a parabola. f'=2x/3 and f''=2/3. When f'=0, x=0 and y=3. This is the vertex, the lowest point, a minimum, and the vertical axis is the axis of symmetry.
