What is the perimeter in feet of basin that is 22.5 ft. long and 10.5 feet wide?

since perimeter is the distance around the basin, we know that there will be 2 long sides and 2 wide sides so the equation is:

2(22.5) + 2(10.5) = perimeter in feet

45 + 21 = 66 feet
