Problem: what is the ordered pair of 7x-2/3y=-65 and x/4+4y=39/4
ordered pairs for the two equations

7x - 2/3 y = -65
x/4 + 4y = 39/4

28(x/4 + 4y) = (39/4)28
7x + 112y = 273

  7x + 112y  = 273
-(7x - 2/3 y =  -65)
------------------------
   111 1/3 y = 338

111 1/3 y = 208
y = 208/(111 1/3)
y = 3.03593

x/4 + 4y = 39/4
x/4 + 4(3.03593) = 39/4
x/4 + 12.14732 = 9.75
x/4 = 9.75 - 12.14732
x/4 = -2.39372
x = -2.39372 * 4
x = -9.57488

Answer: (-9.57488, 3.03593)
