Octagon has 8 sides, so 8*15=120cm are needed to seal all 8 sides.

Given SIDE length = 15CM

Length of tape required to seal the regular octagon shaped box = perimeter of regular octagon

Perimeter of regular octagon = 8 (side of regular octagon)

=> perimeter of our regular octagon shaped box = 8*15 =120cm
