We only need to look at the numerator, because the product=0, so cos(x)(a-b)=-asin(x)sin(y), or asin(y)cos(z)=sin(z)(a-b).

(a-b)cot(x)=-asin(y), sin(y)=(b-a)cot(x)/a; or

sin(y)=(a-b)tan(z)/a.
