S/C-1=1/5 so S=6C/5=1.2C. Let c=C-C/10=0.9C and s=S+S/10=1.1S, then profit%=(s-c)/c*100.

100(1.1S-0.9C)/0.9C=100(1.1*1.2-0.9)/0.9=46.67%.
