Standard form is 4p(y-k)=(x-h)^2, where (h,k) is the vertex. If the vertex is at the origin (h,k)=(0,0). The focus is a distance p from the vertex, so p=6 in this case. Therefore 24y=x^2 is the equation. So y=x^2/24.
