take 32 and place it over a 100 because a percentage is just a fraction with a denominator of 100. 32/100 is a fraction, but it is improper because it isn't reduced. Now find number that goes into 32 and a 100. However many times the number goes into the 32 and 100 becomes the new fraction. Answer: 8/25
