There is no operand after the plus sign. And there is no indication whether the exponent is meant to include the sum of 2 and another operand, or whether the addition is to be carried out after 2². In other words is it 2²⁺ or 2²+? Please edit or resubmit your question.

Because an operand is missing only the contents of the second parentheses can be evaluated:

(24/3-99⁰)=8-1=7; (24/(3-99⁰))=24/(3-1)=24/2=12. Is it 7 or 12? It depends how it’s interpreted. The way it’s written, the result would be 7, because PEMDAS would apply.
