f(x)=a(x+8)² where a is a constant. f(-3)=-10, so a(5²)=-10, 25a=-10, a=-10/25=-⅖.

f(x)=-⅖(x+8)²=-⅖(x²+16x+64).

f(x)=-2x²/5-32x/5-128/5.

Quadratic coefficient: -2/5 (-0.4)

Linear coefficient: -32/5 (-6.4)

Constant: -128/5 (-25.6)
