Question insufficient to answer anything,

But here is my try, Assuming PQ is a line segment and T is the mid point.

So, PT = TQ

=> 3x+2 = 6x-7

=> 6x-3x = 7+2

=> 3x = 9

=> x = 3

Therefore PT = 3x+2 = 3(3)+2 = 9+2 =11

So, PT = 11
