W=width, L=length, H=height all in inches.

L=W+12, H=W-6

Lengths of ribbon are 2(W+H)+2(L+H)=96.

2(W+W-6)+2(W+12+W-6)=96,

2(2W-6)+2(2W+6)=96,

4W-12+4W+12=96,

8W=96, W=12. So length L=24 inches.
