I have to guess this. I'm assuming that a line goes from the point B to the left at an angle of 75° and another line goes to the right from B at 55°. I think B1 must be the angle between the two lines so, since ABC is a straight line the angles sum to 180°, making B1=180-(55+75)=180-130=50°.
