6x+5y=20

To find the x-intercept, replace y with 0.

Thus, 6x+5(0)=20. So, 6x=20. Divide both

sides by 6. Thus, x=20/6. Reduced x=10/3(answer)

To find the y-intercept, replace x with 0.

Thus, 6(0)+5y=20. So, 5y=20. Divide both

sides by 5. Thus, y=4(answer)
