If you mean 4 - {(-6)/(- 5)} this equals 4 - (6/5) = 4 - 1.2 = 2.8

If you mean {4 - (- 6)}/(- 5) this equals (4 + 6)/(- 5) = 10/(- 5) = - 2

Note: 'minus' times 'minus' always equals a 'plus'.

Deal with the bracket first. Follow BOMDAS

4-(-6)/ -5   =    4  + 6  / -5            {- (-6) is equal to + 6}

=     10  /  -5

=         -2
