(x+1)^2/9 + (y-3)^2/4 =1. You most probably know the answer by now xD but i still want to answer your question. As you complete the square, you have to times the whatever number is outside the parenthesis to the number that completes the square. Then you put the product to the other side of the equation. I got "=0+4+81" which is equals to 36. After that you can easily get the standard form of the ellipse. c:
