line 1: 2y -10x=16, so y=5x+konst & slope=5

line 90 deg tuit...slope=-1/5

so it is y=-(1/5)x+kost

thru point (4,5)...need tu get y at x=0, so projekt line from x=4 tu x=0

deltax=-4, deltay=-(1/5)*(-4)=+4/5

y=5 +4/5=5.8

formula: y=-(1/5)y +5.8
