I am ok with the first part i get -10x+10 then the greater than or equal to sign messes me up > -10-17. What is next?

-5(2x+2)≥-10x-17,

-10x-10≥-10x-17,

-10≥-17 is not true; -10>-17 is always true (-10 is more positive than -17). -10≠-17.
