x+4y-z=1 3x-y+8z=0 x+4y-z=10

This is impossible. Look at equations 1 and 3.
Both of them have the same expression on the
left side of the equal sign, but they have different
values on the right side of the equal sign.
That's like saying 14 = 14 AND 14 = 37.

Can't be done!
