When x=0, y=0 so the graph passes through the origin. Because it's linear, we only need two points to plot it. We already have one, the origin.

Plug in x=8 and solve the equation: -7x+8y=0, -56+8y=0, 8y=56, y=7, so the point is (8,7). Draw a line through this point P so that it passes through the origin:
