First use distributive property. 3 x 3 = 9x 3 x - 2 = - 6

Now substract the like terms. 7x - 9x = -2x

So far we have -2x - 26 > -6

Now d0 -26 + 26 = 0 but do it to -6 as well. -6 + 26 = 20

Now we have -2x > 20

All you do now is divide -2 / 20 = -10

Answer: x < -10
