I read the context of your question as “b is displaced horizontally from a by 210 feet at an angle of 64 degrees, what is the distance between a and b?”

If we label the horizontal displacement C, then we have a right triangle ABC where C is the right angle. The angle between AB and AC is 64°. AC=210 feet. AC/AB=cos64. AB=AC/cos64=210/0.4384=479.05 feet.

(The number 8265 doesn’t seem to mean anything.)
