The volume is length times width times height=x(x+5)x/4=2500.

Multiply through by 4: x^2(x+5)=10000

x^3+5x^2-10000=0=(x-20)(x^2+25x+500). The quadratic doesn't factorise, so x=20.

Width=20cm, length=25cm, depth=5cm.
