the inverse variation xy=9 relates the current x in amps to the resistance y in ohms of a curcuit attached to a 9-volt battery. What is the resistance of the circuit when the circuit is 1.8 amps

current (i)=volts/resistans

so resistans=volts/current=V/I

yu giv...9 volts & 1.8 amps

R=9/1.8=5 ohms
