line 1: 3x-2y=-9  or y=(3/2)x +4.5

line 2: 4x+5y=-0.5

line1..4x +5*(1.5x +4.5)=-0.5

4x+7.5x +22.5=-0.5

11.5x=-23

x=-23/11.5=2

y=1.5x+4.5=3+4.5=7.5
