Plug in T: p+q+5=2, p+q=-3, so q=3-p.

y'=3px^2+2qx+3=7 at T: 3p+2q+3=7; 3p+2q=4, so 3p+6-2p=4, p=-2 and q=3+2=5.

(y=-2x^3+5x^2+3x+2)
