???????? "+-11"... me assume that spozed tu be =-11

line 1:5x+6y=-11,   or y=-(5/6)x -(11/6)

line 2:9x+4y=21

line2...9x+4*[-(5/6)x -(11/6)] =21

9x -(3 & 1/3)x -7.33333333=21

(12 & 1/3)x=21+7.333=28.33333333

x=28.3333333 / 12.3333333333

x=2.297297303

y=-(5/6)*2.297297802 -(11/6)    =1.914414835-1.833333333

y=0.081081501
