My pool is 24' in diameter and is 4' deep around the edge, and 5' deep in the center.  I want to make the pool 4' deep across the entire pool.  How much sand will I need to fill in the bottom to make my pool a level 4' deep across the entire pool?

wide=24 ft & kone 1 ft hi...then radius=12 ft

volume av kone=(1/3) volume av cylinder

cylinder volume=base area*hite

base area=serkel=pi*radius^2=144*pi=144*3.14159265=452.3893416

kone volume=452.3893416/3....150.7964472 kubik ft
