line thru 2 points: (-1,1) & (9,0)

deltax=10, deltay=-1

slope=deltay/deltax=-1/10 or -0.1

Given (x1,y1)=(-1,1)
(x2,y2)=(9,0)

The slope m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
m=(0-1)/(9+1)
m=-1/10

The equation y=mx+c
here y=1 and x=-1
1=1/10+c
c=9/10

The equation of the slope is,
y=-1/10x+9/10
