I think so, because we can find the mean, median, mode and range for the dataset. The mean is $29/5=$5.8; the median is $6 because it's the central value of all the values when ordered: $4, $5, $6, $7, $7; the mode is $7 because $7 is repeated; and the range is $3 ranging from 4$ to $7, or could be defined as the interval $4-$7. From these other stats can be derived.

I misunderstood what you were asking. Also apologies for silly errors and omissions. From your comment I see that you were expecting me to select one of the list, not make a statement about the list which summarises the data. If that’s so, then I would go for the median of $6 because the mean ($5.80) and the median ($6) are close, and the mode is biased towards the highest cost of lunch. Also, all the figures are whole dollars, so the median is naturally a whole number of dollars and better represents the whole data. What took you so long to comment on a 5-year old question?
