V=number of votes.

BLUE 5V/8

GREEN (5/9)(3V/8)=5V/24

RED 48=V-5V/24-5V/8=(24V-5V-15V)/24=V/6, so V=6*48=288

BLUE=(5/8)288=180; GREEN=(5/24)288=60

CHECK: 180+60+48=288
