I can only guess what this question means. The numbers 5,12 and 13 form a Pythagorean triplet so together they make the sides of a right-angled triangle where tanA=5/12, sinA=5/13 and cosA=12/13 and where A is one of the angles. The picture shows the point (12,5) and the Pythagorean triangle created when the vertex is joined to the origin.
