If we can draw the angle B which is 150 degrees we can easily cnstruct the isosceles triangle

So the problem is to be able to draw the angle B. As we can see on the diagram first we draw an equilateral

triangle BDE each angle of it is 60 degrees. From the point B we draw a vertical line to BE the BC=5.5 cm

In this way we have the angle B=60+90=150 degrees we draw the line BA=5.5 cm and at the end we draw

the line AC which completes the triangle ABC which is isosceles because AB=BC=5.5 cm and the angle 

B=150 deg
