Zeros at x = -5, -3, and 3, each with a multiplicity of 1

The graph touches the x-axis at x = -5, -3, and 3

Number of turning points.  If you mean the number of points where the graph goes from moving down to moving up or from moving up to moving down, then it's 2.

End behavior.  If you mean what does the graph do on each end:  On the left the graph goes down forever.  On the right the graph goes up forever.
