f(x)=x^4-12x^3+36x^2+x^2-12x+36=x^2(x^2-12x+36)+x^2-12x+36=(x^2-12x+36)(x^2+1)=(x-6)^2(x^2+1). The zeroes are therefore: 6, i, -i.
