I think option answer b, but let’s take a closer look at the dataset. There is a total of 52 data, so the median is between the 26th and 27th datum.

There are 7 data between 5 and 10, 8 between 10 and 15, 9 between 15 and 20, and 7 between 20 and 25. The 26th and 27th elements are in the range 20 to 25, so 24 is in this range, which is option b.
