Break this into simple stages.

Let u=(3x-3)²=9(x-1)².

So y=3cosec(u),

dy/du=-3cot(u)cosec(u).

du/dx=18(x-1).

dy/dx=(dy/du)(du/dx),

dy/dx=[-3cot(u)cosec(u)][18(x-1)]

dy/dx=-54(x-1)cot(u)cosec(u),

dy/dx=-54(x-1)cot((3x-3)²)cosec((3x-3)²).
