There is an upload facility in the menu bar which should allow you to upload a photo from your computer or phone. The icon is slightly to the left and below the button showing bullet points. When you click on it you will see three tabs the last of which is Upload. Click on this and the system will ask you to choose a file. Click on the "Choose file" button and you should get a box generated by your device showing you various locations for files. Amongst these there may be a photo folder (on some devices) or you may be able to load a photo from your desktop or other folder. The system accepts JPEG and PNG files and maybe a few other file types. After choosing your file, click on "Send it to the server", and the photo should be loaded into your question box.
Another way to upload is to load your photo onto a public website and then you can use its URL as the file source through the Link tab, or you can paste a link directly into your question text (where you would normally enter more details about your question).
If these options don't work for you then there is a way for you to email your question to a named user using the Private Message facility. To do this, use the Users tab to find the user you want, and if this user is accepting private messages you can use that facility to send a message and request the user's e-mail address. You can also click on the user's name from any answer by the user and this will take you to the user's profile. E-mail addresses are not for general viewing to protect the privacy of the users. In the private message you can include your e-mail address for the specified user to start e-mail correspondence with you. No-one apart from the specified user and system Administrators will be able to see your e-mail address.
If you register as a user on this website, certain privileged users can get in touch with you by e-mail directly, provided the e-mail address you gave (when you registered) is valid and belongs to you. Currently you are not registered and the system identifies you as "anonymous". Note that non-registered users may not have access to certain system facilities.
