fraction problem - my neumorator and denominator are prime numbers. My neumorator is
one less than my denominator.

There are only two prime numbers that are one number apart: 2 and 3. Since the numerator
is one less than the denominator, it is 2, and the denominator is 3.

The fraction is 2/3.
